We believe in three key essentials to provide communities with a solid foundation on which to develop self-sufficiently. By giving villages water pump systems and sanitation facilities we promote a greater sense of health and well-being. Through this, young people are in a better state to attend school and gain an education. With healthier and more well educated villagers, the opportunities for them increase, whether they decide to move to cities for further education or greater job opportunities or stay in the village, the community stands to benefit from increased knowledge and living standards. Through education, this also enables villagers to maintain and build upon our project work, without maintaining a dependency on long term support from outsider organisations. In essence, providing a development strategy that is both responsible and one that communities can manage independently creating a greater sense of ownership within communities.
